About me
I am a public systems leader with 10 years of building and scaling governance programs where technology, policy and on-ground delivery meet. I started as a software engineer and pivoted deliberately to governance consulting, to point technology at problems that matter.
Today I am a Program Manager at GDi Partners, working with state governments in Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and Punjab. Before that I built statewide education programs in Himachal Pradesh with Samagra Governance, and Android apps at CaaStle.
I work directly with Chief Secretaries, global funders like the Gates Foundation, CIFF and Open Philanthropy, and the field communities on the same program.
